Questions about longer stays
How long can I stay?
Between one and five months, from October to March. Other dates can be discussed.
What is included in the monthly price?
The home, Wi-Fi and our local team. Regular housekeeping can be added on request, and utilities and any extras are set out clearly in your quote.
Can you set up a place for me to work?
Yes. On request, we provide a work-from-home kit with a portable desk, monitor, keyboard and mouse, ready before you arrive.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit applies to longer stays. The amount depends on the home.
Can I view the home before booking?
Of course. We can arrange a viewing in person or a live video tour.
