To confirm the booking, a payment of 50% of the total reservation amount is required.
The remaining 50%, together with the refundable security deposit, must be settled no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 business days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation and confirmation that no damages have occurred.
Standard check-in is available between 16:00 and 21:00.
Final cleaning is included in the total price quoted.
All payments made are non-refundable.
